1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Louk.it or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users and any other person who accesses or uses the service.
2. Service description
Louk.it is an online platform enabling content creators, entrepreneurs and professionals to:
- Create a personalized Link in Bio page centralizing all their links
- Generate intelligent deeplinks redirecting to mobile apps
- Create universal OneLinks for their apps
- Sell digital products directly from their profile
- Organise events and manage ticketing
- Manage online communities
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account creation
To use most features of Louk.it, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and current information at registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Be responsible for all activities carried out from your account
- Immediately notify Louk.it of any unauthorised access to your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Minors must obtain parental consent.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Free plan
Louk.it offers a free plan with limited features. No payment method is required.
Pro plan
The Pro plan is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged at subscription and renews automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Refund: In case of a technical issue attributable to Louk.it, a refund may be granted within 7 days of subscription. Contact us at support@louk.it.
Prices are shown inclusive of tax. Louk.it reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual property
The Louk.it service, including its design, code, algorithms and brand, is the exclusive property of Louk.it and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish via Louk.it. By publishing content, you grant Louk.it a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of the service.
6. User content
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. It is strictly forbidden to publish:
- Illegal, fraudulent or misleading content
- Content infringing the rights of others (copyright, trademarks, privacy)
- Spam, malware or phishing
- Hateful, discriminatory or violent content
- Sexually explicit content directed at minors
Louk.it reserves the right to remove any content violating these rules and to suspend the accounts concerned.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Louk.it does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Louk.it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Louk.it in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You can delete your account and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
Louk.it may suspend or terminate your account in case of breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or for any legitimate reason, with or without notice depending on the severity.
Following termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal proceedings.
Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
